As  Olórìṣà, we help to align the materiality of a space with the natural elements that govern it and the spirits that dwell in the space. Rooted in ancient African wisdom, we use a traditional approach to create harmony between individuals and their environments.
This blessing ceremony addresses existing structures or spaces that may have imbalances in luring a purification ritual and a reading of the space to optimize the flow of positive energy, known as àṣẹ, within a space. The reading of the space helps the client understand the remedies and adjustments needed to correct negative energy flows and enhance positive vibrations.

By considering factors such as spatial orientation, placement of rooms, arrangement of furniture and objects, decor, and color schemes, this cleansing ceremony aims to enhance well-being, promote prosperity, protect against negative influences, and foster a sense of sacredness and balance in one’s surroundings.

**If you are building out a new space, building on new land, or moving into a home you may contact us for a quote for a more in-depth spiritual consultation that will support with the selection and preparation of land for construction, construction and layout, selection and preparation of land for construction. This in-depth consultation considers the topography, shape, and surroundings of the land to ensure a positive and harmonious living or working space.

Please note that Ìyá Omiòkì or Olórìṣà Ọbányoko may recommend ẹbọ or supplemental treatments at an additional cost separate from the cost of this service/product. 

Location: The cost of this service is for a space no larger than 1200 sq ft within a 5 mile radius of Oakland, California. If your space is larger than 1200 sq ft and/or you live outside of this radius please email us for a quote.

Booking Process

Step 1: Book 15-min Consultation

If things are aligned, once you complete this consultation you may move forward  completing your payment for the spiritual cleansing.

Step 2: Payment & Scheduling
Following the 15-minute phone consultation. You must pay $520 to book the spiritual cleansing with either Ìyá Omiòkì or Olórìṣà Ọbányoko. You will receive a refund for the $25 paid for the 15-minute phone consultation after you submit payment for the cleansing. After your $520 non-refundable payment is complete you will receive an email to schedule your reading.

How to Prepare for Your Ceremony

To honor the spiritual integrity of this work, please follow these preparation guidelines before your session:

  • Arrive freshly showered

  • Ensure the home or business is tidy and free from clutter, dust, and debris (especially in closets, under bed, or in corners of the home)

  • Wear a clean, all-white outfit

  • Wear a head covering (head wrap, scarf, or hat)

  • Bring a notebook and pen for taking notes

  • Fast from sex, drugs, and alcohol for 24 hours prior to your appointment
