How To Use

To use a tincture, open bottle and squeeze dropper bulb until it is empty, then, squeeze dropper bulb and place back in bottle and release the squeeze until glass pipette fills with the liquid. Squeeze dropper bulb slowly to allow liquid drops  into the mouth, just under the tongue. Hold the tincture in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. You make drink water to follow. Or, you may place the drops directly into your beverage and drink.
