Afterward, she will craft a personalized spiritual formula using organic, ethically sourced ingredients, prepared with blessings and traditional rituals. Drawing on deep knowledge of traditional Yorùbá/Lukumí/Lemba spiritual remedies. Ìyá Omioki selects ingredients guided by divination and your expressed needs. These spiritual medicines are prepared ritualistically with blessings from the plant spirits and the Divine Forces of Nature. All preparations are divined upon before being activated for each individual client.

Along with prayer, traditionally, after ẹbọ is prescribed a traditional priest uses their medical knowledge to recommend herbs as part of treatment, alongside guidance from divination. This approach treats both body and spirit. In the Ifa tradition a priest continually learns, reflecting the belief that medicine, called Oògùn gùn, is an endless journey of knowledge and healing.
